Annual SCV Membership Dues Statements Have Been Mailed

Now is the time to pay your annual dues for the coming year. In this time of cultural censorship and hatred for traditional American history, maintaining your Sons of Confederate Veterans membership is a vital part of preserving our Confederate Heritage. In fact, permit me to say that it is really the minimum that can be done.

While some of us are not able to be as active as we would like to be due to pressures from our responsibilities with family and work, supporting the SCV and taking a stand for our heritage is something we all should be able to do.

You can continue to play a vital part by renewing your membership and becoming part of similarly minded Southern Patriots who remain informed, counted and influencing their circles of family, friends and associates.

Beyond just maintaining your membership and supporting the organization, you can be active in many other important ways such as contacting your local, State and National political representatives when the occasion arises. This has led to some remarkable successes despite the frenzied opposition of the media, the academy and the woke establishment.

In addition, please support your local Camp(s) events and projects. By doing so you will make lifelong friends and spread the word in your community.

Another critical area is making generous and tax-deductible donations to help fund our legal and educational efforts. This amplifies all our voices. These actions help us all keep up the good fight against those who would destroy our Southern and American Heritage. Your dollars are bullets in the battle to save our Southern Heritage.

The Georgia Division, Sons of Confederate Veterans is fighting the good fight to preserve our Confederate Monuments in Georgia and the Stone Mountain Memorial Carvings. As usual we are always at the tip of bayonet in all these legal fights. In reality, no one else in Georgia has stepped up to oppose the madness that has gripped so many institution and government agencies.

Thanks to your support, the Georgia SCV has spent well over $210,000 since May of 2020. We have had to dip substantially into our reserve account to fund these legal battles.

We currently have six (6) pending lawsuits including one before the Georgia Supreme Court, two at the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the remaining three in the local Superior Courts. We have just filed a lawsuit against the Stone Mountain Memorial Association (SMMA) for the illegal removal of the Memorial Flag Terrace and we have the second lawsuit in the works to be filed against SMMA for placing the woke exhibits in the Memorial Hall Museum that violates their legislative mandate to maintain the Memorial Park as a Memorial to the Confederacy.

Now, more than ever we need your help on securing these legal victories that will send a message across the State of Georgia to these woke liberal politicians that we will defend our Confederate Veteran's monuments and that there will be consequences to pay. Please give what you can so we can continue the fight, I assure you every cent of your generous donation to Heritage Defense will be used to toward our legal fights.

This is the fight for which the Sons of Confederate Veterans was formed. Our ancestors were honored by markers to commemorate their heroism and courage. These important monuments dedicated to our Confederate soldiers, sailors, Marines, and civilians decorate the entire state. Will you stand by now that those who cannot speak need your help?

If we cannot win this fight, we will lose them all. What can you say when you see your ancestors who suffered, bled and died for a better future for you?
